Our home is our sanctuary.
We moved here sight unseen. Trusting the divine to carry us somewhere we had never been, to a lake we had never met, to a life we could only feel the outline of. We came to Guatemala for a retreat with the intention of staying. Then the person who brought us here fell out of our lives, and I stood at a crossroads wondering if we had heard wrong.
We had not.
On day three of that retreat, before going to bed, I found a listing for a home on Facebook Marketplace. Tye went to see it the next day. Three days after the retreat wrapped, we moved in. We had nowhere to go, and it was as if the house opened its arms and pulled us in. It was the confirmation that we had made the right choice.
It moved in the way the right things do when you stop forcing and start trusting.
The land is part of the work
This home has healed us as surely as any ceremony.
The land, the horses, the garden, the koi pond, the way the light moves through here, all of it has been part of our becoming. Lake Atitlán sits ten minutes from our door and reminds you every morning that something larger than your problems exists.
We did not arrive here whole. We arrived here willing. And the healing did the rest.
What we have cultivated within these walls took years of honest, sometimes brutal work to arrive at. We help each other. The children contribute. We move through life with care. We emit love, not as a performance, but as a frequency we have all tuned ourselves to.

Our children are part of our life here. Sessions and excursions are held in private, undisturbed space. But if you are someone who finds the presence of a grounded family life settling rather than disruptive, you will feel at home here. Because that is exactly what this is. A home. One that has already done its own healing work, and is now ready to hold yours.

A husband and wife healing team. In the Caterpillar, you are held by both of us, in our own home.
Tori Adekoya · Reiki Master Teacher, Hypnotherapist, QHHT. Fourteen years of practice across three Reiki lineages, hypnotherapy, Akashic Records, QHHT, and her own QRM method. She holds the deep inner work, rooted in her own healing, never textbook-derived.
Tye Adekoya · Sound Healer, Somatic Facilitator, Ceremony Guide. Sound healer, breathwork facilitator, and student of Vedic science and consciousness. He holds the somatic and ceremonial container with steadiness and depth.
