The Cocoon Healing Retreat

The Cocoon is a small-group healing retreat ecosystem based near Lake Atitlán, Guatemala. We offer intimate women’s, men’s, family, and private healing retreats that combine ceremony, somatic healing, Reiki, sound healing, ancestral healing, nature immersion, and integration support.

This is not a generic wellness vacation. The Cocoon is designed for people and families who are ready for honest healing in a grounded, relational container. Small by design. Held by Tye and Tori Adekoya on the shores of one of the most spiritually alive lakes in the world.

What This Is

The Cocoon is not a wellness getaway.
It is a threshold.

A place where the real work can finally happen. Where you are held without being processed. Where what breaks open is met with care, not performance.

Intimate by Design

Small because depth requires it. You will be seen here, not processed through a program.

Transformation Over Performance

No spiritual résumé required. No pressure to break open on cue. The container holds you while you find your own pace.

Integration Matters

The work begins before you arrive and continues after you leave. What shifts here is built to stay.

The Container

Held by people
who have lived it.

The Cocoon was not built from theory. It was built from living. Every facilitator who holds space here carries lived experience alongside their training, the particular wisdom that only comes from having walked through something real.

The Approach
Somatic · Energetic · Ancestral · Ceremonial

The work moves through the body, the nervous system, and the ancestral field. Sound, breath, ceremony, Reiki, somatic release, and private one-on-one sessions woven into a single arc of transformation. Not a series of workshops. A complete held experience.

The Lineage
Rooted · Trained · Lived

Reiki Master Teacher training, hypnotherapy, Akashic Records, sound healing, somatic facilitation, and ceremony, each carried with humility and precision. The understanding that healing is not a performance. It is a return.

The Cocoon holds space as both sanctuary and threshold, where softness is not weakness, truth is not punishment, and transformation is allowed to be real.
