We believe in honest, caring policies — so you always know exactly where you stand.
We understand life is unpredictable. This policy exists not to punish, but to protect the integrity of each retreat — and everyone who committed to showing up.
Every seat matters. Every commitment shapes the container.
Our retreats are small and deeply intentional — a maximum of six participants. That intimacy is the medicine. It also means a single cancellation has a real impact, both financially and energetically, on the entire retreat.
When you register, we begin preparing for you — coordinating facilitators, securing the venue, gathering materials, and holding space in ways that carry real costs. We make those commitments on your behalf long before the retreat begins.
We wish we could offer refunds. We are a small, independent retreat rooted in love and deep commitment to this work. What we can offer is something we believe is just as meaningful — your investment never disappears.
All payments to The Cocoon Healing Retreat
are non-refundable.
This includes deposits, installments, and paid-in-full balances.

We recommend travel insurance
For protection against the unexpected — airline disruptions, medical emergencies, the unpredictable nature of life — we strongly encourage all participants to purchase travel insurance covering retreat cancellations before booking. The Cocoon cannot absorb losses caused by circumstances outside our control.
