Your deposit reserves one of the limited places. It's non-refundable, because it takes your spot off the table for someone else, but it's always transferable, to another person or a future retreat if life shifts.
The balance is due 30 days out
Your remaining balance is due 30 days before the retreat. Up to that point, your balance is protected. Paying in full simply settles it now.
